Terms of use
Public Alpha terms. Plain English, intentionally brief. We'll expand them as the product matures.
The alpha caveat
Nazm is in Public Alpha. The service may change, break, or pause without notice. Your data is backed up nightly, but we don't guarantee zero loss during the alpha period — please keep a recent Markdown export of anything you can't lose.
Your content is yours
You retain every right to the writing you produce in Nazm. We claim no licence over it, no right to publish it, and no right to train models on it. We need a narrow technical permission to store, display, and back up your content so the app can show it to you — that's it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Nazm to:
- Store or distribute illegal content.
- Send spam, harass others, or attack the service.
- Try to access other people's accounts or data.
- Resell or rebrand the service without permission.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that breach the acceptable use rules above; we'll tell you why and, where possible, give you a chance to export your work first.
No warranty
Nazm is provided as-is during the alpha. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we make no formal warranties and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we'll note it in the What's new log. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
